I love love love the food here.

It's great. It's fresh and colorful and fragrant and creative. There are so many tastes and so many textures.

Today's dinner was a first for me. I thought I had eaten most of the unusual (by American standards) foods that I was likely to encounter. No so.

Tonight's dinner featured this classic combo:

Rabbit heads + Goose feet

It was pretty good stuff. There is a surprising amount of meat on a rabbit head and it's tasty. And goose feet are easier to eat than chicken feet.

So, next time you're out for Kung Pao, look into what sort of heads and feet are on the menu. You might like 'em.

Where are the new posts?

They're coming real soon. I had some wonderful house guests and was too busy late at night watching Strangers with Candy and Borat.

My bosses are coming for a site visit tomorrow, so tonight I make things shiny and pretty.

In a few days, I will post several pics.

BTW, do you guys do the RSS thing? I didn't know how it worked, but I've been using Google Reader lately and it's really nifty. I get all my blog/website updates in one place. That means chinesepod.com, the toddnodd blog, and the latest from the NY Times magazine.
