I love love love the food here.

It's great. It's fresh and colorful and fragrant and creative. There are so many tastes and so many textures.

Today's dinner was a first for me. I thought I had eaten most of the unusual (by American standards) foods that I was likely to encounter. No so.

Tonight's dinner featured this classic combo:

Rabbit heads + Goose feet

It was pretty good stuff. There is a surprising amount of meat on a rabbit head and it's tasty. And goose feet are easier to eat than chicken feet.

So, next time you're out for Kung Pao, look into what sort of heads and feet are on the menu. You might like 'em.

Gosh, and my grandmothers always threw the rabbit head away. Imagine what they were missing.

Though we probably would have been stuck eating them with chicken feet.
